The rose was whole-cluster pressed very slowly for over 6 hours with a cold, slow fermentation. It was then Sur-Lee aged in seasoned French oak barrels for 90 days prior to bottling.
$24 per bottle$288 per case of 12 - Chardonnay 20162016
The 2016 comes from one of the only ‘dry-farmed’ Chardonnay vineyards on the Sonoma Coast. Ripening is constant and uniform. The intensity of fruit flavor we obtain with this vineyard is unique. The juice is concentrated with massive tropical fruit impact right off the vine. Minuscule yields leave us wishing we could make more.
$45 per bottle$540 per case of 12 - Pinot Noir 20162016
The vintage of 2016 had a quick and early start due primarily to the weather and the light vineyard yield. We had a very cold May that created “shot berry” during flowering (normal and tiny berries on the same cluster).
Ultimately the fruit we received was exceptional, with great color, acid and structure. A cellar worthy wine.
$50 per bottle$600 per case of 12 - The Drifter2015
The soil is composed of gravelly clay loam with a strikingly red color. The very rocky soils drain well, helping to stress the vines late in the growing season, concentrating flavors.

Paso Robles is the largest AVA and is known for its extreme heat / cold variances with average highs during the growing season reaching 105 °F and 40-50°F on average most nights.
