Where We Ship 

We ship wine to select states in accordance with state laws: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, Oregon, Wisconsin and Washington

Many states prohibit out-of-state retailers from shipping wine to residents of their state. State laws on wine shipping are complex and under constant review, and we look forward to a day when all states open up to out-of-state retailers so we can offer you all our full assortment of products 

State Selection Process – Why must I select a state before shopping?

Because wine availability and pricing may vary from state to state due to interstate commerce laws. To be sure of seeing correct pricing and availability when shopping at our online store, please be sure to choose your shipping destination from the “select a shipping state” pull-down menu before you begin shopping.

Shipping Rates – What do you charge for shipping? 

For standard delivery, Shipping and Handling rates will vary. The cart will calculate the rate based on the number of cases ordered. The standard rate for each selection will be reflected in the shopping cart during the checkout process.

Delivery Requirements

If no one is available to receive the package and it cannot be left in a secure location with an adult signature, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders required an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Wine orders require the signature of an adult.

RETURNS – WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY? 

At Outcast Wines, your satisfaction is very important to us. We are committed to delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization, and does not include weekends or holidays. In the unlikely event that the wine got damaged during shipping please contact us within 48 hours of your date of receipt by emailing us at info@outcastwines.com
